Most system designers consider the minimum coverage pattern that is acceptable for a blanket covered distributed speaker system to be square Edge-to-Edge Coverage. For higher quality Pro Sound systems, Minimum-Overlap or Edge-to-Center coverage should be considered. Note: Hexagonal coverage patterns are hard to install, so they are not offered as an option.
