A 19 inch rack mount utility shelf with fully vented base for passive ventilation. In addition, the shelf has clamps to help keep equipment in place.

The rackmount shelf shall be Lowell Model No. USVC- _____, which shall measure 19″W x 15″D x ____U. It shall feature two adjustable-height clamping brackets, two rear angle stops, side and bottom vents, and front and rear flanges (0.438″). Load capacity shall be 50 lbs. The shelf shall have a black semi-gloss powder epoxy finish and be made in the U.S.A. with 16-gauge certified U.S. steel.
