The E.I.A. compliant rack shall be Lowell Model LXR-3821-IAV. The rack with casters shall measure 74.59″H x 21″D x 19.21″W and provide 38 rack units of panel space. It shall have a black powder epoxy finish. The base and top shall be 14 gauge steel; corner post mounting rails shall be 11 gauge steel imprinted with rack unit increments. The rack shall include six utility shelves (16 ga. steel), six vent panels (20 ga. steel), a 15A power strip with 12 outlets and 12 ft. attached cord with plug, a 35U vertical cable management bar, and a set of fine-floor swivel casters (two locking). The rack shall ship pre-assembled with accessories installed.
