The seismic-certified enclosed rack with fixed rails shall be UL Listed (Standard 1678) Lowell Model LSERF-2427 and shall include P.E. Certified documents for IBC, CBC, OSHPD. Rack shall measure 23.06”W x 27”D x 48.13”H with 24U panel space for mounting 19”W E.I.A. standard components. The rack shall feature welded sides with vents top and bottom, vented rear door, one pair fixed mounting rails tapped 10-32 and Z-angle welded in rear. The rack shall be 16-gauge certified U.S. steel with 14-gauge steel base, with reinforcement at loadbearing junctures. The rack shall feature compound knockouts on top for conduit size 2”-1” and 1.5”-1”, .5” knockouts for BNC wireless antennas, and 10U top opening with integral E.I.A. rackrail to accept 19” wide accessories (solid closure panels included). Base shall include welded brackets in corners and holes for anchors (by others). Rear frame shall include removable knockout panels for passage of large cable bundles above and below the rear door. Panels above rear door shall have 0.5” knockouts (for wireless microphone antennas) and include compound knockouts for conduit size .75”-.5” and 1.5”-1”. Panels below rear door shall be blank project panels. Rack finish shall be black wrinkle powder epoxy paint.
