The Five-Year Extended Warranty provides added protection against faulty materials and workmanship (including batteries) for a period of five years from the date of purchase, when the UPS or Expansion Battery Pack is properly applied and operated within specified conditions. The extended warranty must be purchased simultaneously with the UPS or expansion battery pack and is non-transferrable.

Advance Exchange: Replacement unit is shipped express; customer returns defective unit using Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) when the replacement unit is received.
Ground shipment both ways
